Chad Cook founded Quadrant Investment Properties in 2012. QIP quickly became one of the most active players in Dallas with the redevelopment of the Design District, northwest of downtown Dallas, in addition to executing numerous other successful urban office investments in the area. Chad brings his deep owner’s perspective to all aspects of the comprehensive suite of real estate services that QIP offers today. Prior to QIP, Chad served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Hillwood Investment Properties where he focused on development and acquisition opportunities throughout the nation, in addition to coordinating over $1B in dispositions. Chad also played an integral role in sourcing and structuring numerous institutional joint ventures and development partnerships. Prior to joining Hillwood, Chad served as Director of Leasing and Dispositions with Emerson Partners, a Dallas-based owner and operator of office and industrial properties. Chad received a BA in Finance/Real Estate from Texas Christian University.
Ty joined QIP as a Principal in 2018. From 2008 to 2018, Ty was Managing Director of Milam Real Estate Capital, LLC a private real estate development and investment company with approximately $250MM in assets under management, primarily in office and retail properties. Prior to Milam Capital, he was a partner with Freeman Group focused on value added and opportunistic investment and development, and as an Acquisition Officer with INVESCO Real Estate, focused on value added investments nationally. Ty has been involved in over $750 million of investments in his 22 years of real estate investment and development experience. Ty received a BA in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and received a JD, cum laude, from SMU School of Law.
Martin joined QIP as a Principal in October 2023. Prior to QIP, Martin served as Executive Vice President of Lincoln Property Company where he led operations for 3,200 employees across 35 offices in the U.S. and overseas. Prior to his national role at LPC, Martin served as Head of Operations of LPC West, Lincoln’s California, Pacific Northwest, and Mountain West regions, including 450+ team members in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Orange County, Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, and Boise. During his time at LPC West, Martin also founded and led the Occupier Group, Lincoln’s first full-service real estate solutions group for large-scale Fortune 500 clients. Martin’s project management teams led over 300 projects for clients such as Apple, Netflix, Google, AbbVie, Paramount, L’Oreal, Snapchat, Riot Games, and Sony. Martin received an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Colin joined QIP in 2018 as Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets. Prior to QIP, Colin served on NAI Global’s Capital Markets Team, where he established and strengthened relationships with many of the firm’s most active debt and equity capital partners. Colin received a BBA in Finance (Real Estate Concentration) from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
Bryan Botterman joined QIP in 2022 as Director of Development for the Central Region. He leverages his 22+ years of experience in Development and Construction Management with CBRE, Woodbine Development Corporation, and Austin Commercial to maximize value for investors, owners, and tenants. Bryan focuses on delivering large ground-up projects, as well as construction associated with existing assets. His past projects include a diverse range from office, industrial, and data centers, to hospitality, biomedical research laboratories, and athletic facilities.
Bryan received a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M.

Walter joined QIP in 2024 as Director of Asset Management. Prior to joining QIP, Walter lead a wide range of asset management, acquisition, and development efforts at Lincoln Property Company across core, core plus, value add, and opportunistic real estate investments in multiple asset classes (office, retail, industrial, and multifamily). Walter spearheaded the asset management of LPC's largest third-party national commercial office portfolio spanning 4 million square feet across Texas, California, Arizona, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Washington, North Carolina, and Virgina. Walter also lead asset management, acquisition, and development efforts to expand LPC's platform in the Southwest, including Dallas, Austin, Denver, Atlanta, and Nashville.
Walter received a BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
Troy joined QIP in 2024 as Director of Development for the West. He leads all development and construction for the Western Region, providing comprehensive oversight services across a wide range of projects and property types.
With 25+ years of experience in development and construction, Troy has consulted on projects of all types and sizes. His established expertise includes Class A office buildings, mixed-use development and redevelopment assignments, retail, industrial, hotels, parking garages, municipal buildings, and studios.
Troy specializes in the implementation of cost-effective construction methodologies, in-field risk assessment, pricing, and streamlining the overall development and construction process.
Prior to QIP, Troy served as Vice President of LPC West, where he oversaw the development and construction of some of the most high-profile projects in the West.
Troy received a BS in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Tony joined QIP as the Head of Occupier Services in 2024. Prior to joining QIP, Tony served as a design & construction professional for world-class technology and entertainment companies including Netflix, Disney, and Verizon. In his previous role at Netflix, he built and lead a team of internal and external project managers accountable for end-to-end delivery of high profile, complex, fast-paced capital projects.
Tony brings 15 years of experience in design and construction and the proven ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to create and deliver best-in-class environments. He specializes in highly technical projects that require complex coordination of multiple variables for interior fit-outs in combination with core and shell upgrades. Tony has achieved an impeccable reputation throughout the industry for exceeding clients’ goals and expectations through uncompromising clarity, collaboration, and consistency.
Tony is a licensed architect and received a BA in Architecture from Woodbury University.

Regina joined QIP in 2024 as Head of Property Management.
Regina brings 30+ years of experience in property management throughout the commercial real estate market in the West across all property types including office, retail, life science, medical office, and industrial. Regina builds and leads dynamic, best-in-class teams to create and execute tailored, comprehensive management plans that maximize operational efficiencies and optimize the performance of each and every asset.
Prior to QIP, Regina served as Regional Vice President of Property Management of LPC West where she and her teams oversaw the management of some of the most prominent buildings and portfolios in the West.
Regina received a BS from Hastings College.

Kelly joined QIP as Head of Marketing in 2024. Her diverse industry experience includes various aspects of marketing and design within commercial real estate. Prior to QIP, Kelly oversaw marketing efforts and implemented comprehensive marketing and design initiatives for the Florida Region of Lincoln Property Company. Alongside her corporate role, Kelly also leads a Design and Marketing studio based out of Orlando. Kelly received a BFA in Graphic Design from Georgia Southern University.
