The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Before founding QIP, Chad was Vice President, Acquisitions for Hillwood Investment Properties, where, from 2004 to 2012, he focused on development and acquisition opportunities in numerous markets nationally. In addition to helping lead the company’s acquisition team Chad coordinated over $1 billion in dispositions. He also played an integral role in the sourcing and structuring of numerous institutional joint ventures and development partnerships. Prior to joining Hillwood, Chad was a Director of Leasing and Dispositions with Emerson Partners, a Dallas based owner and operator of office and industrial properties.
Ty joined QIP as a Principal in 2018. From 2008 to 2018, Ty was Managing Director of Milam Real Estate Capital, LLC a private real estate development and investment company with approximately $250MM in assets under management, primarily in office and retail properties. Prior to Milam Capital, he was a partner with Freeman Group focused on value added and opportunistic investment and development, and as an Acquisition Officer with INVESCO Real Estate, focused on value added investments nationally. Ty has been involved in over $500 million of investments in his 18 years of real estate investment and development experience. Ty is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in economics and received a JD from SMU School of Law.
D’Arcy Young, joined QIP as Head of Operations. He has helped lead a variety of investor backed companies in an effort to maximize value creation. His career started as VP Marketing for Miramax Films and later co-founded Metapa (aka Greenplum) an enterprise software company where he served as President and Board Member. Most recently D’Arcy was co-founder of a variety of real estate related investment platforms including Keystone Communities (manufactured housing investment platform), ReTax Funding (Texas based property tax lender) and most recently Residential Recovery Partners (bulk purchaser and liquidator of +3,500 single family residential properties).
Mr. Carpenter joined Quadrant as Director of Asset Management in 2018. His focus is on the implementation of asset specific business plans, financings, dispositions and monitoring asset performance for a portfolio of office and industrial assets. Additionally, he oversees numerous joint venture projects and works with our partners on behalf of the firm. His experience includes over 10 years in various aspects of commercial real estate including asset management, acquisitions and portfolio management. Previously David worked with Transwestern Investment Group serving as the Director of Asset Management over the Midwest properties, the portfolio consisted of 7.6 million square feet of office, industrial and multifamily assets. He also worked for Clarion Partners, where he managed hospitality assets with a value of over $1.0 billion and acquired $200 million of hotel assets across multiple markets throughout the US.
Colin joined QIP in 2018 and is responsible for implementing the firm’s investment strategy through sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities. Prior to joining QIP, Colin was with NAI Global’s Capital Markets team focusing on Investment Sales. During his tenure at NAI Global, Colin was involved in the disposition of over $200 million of commercial real estate and non-performing loans. Colin is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance with Real Estate Concentration from the Neeley School of Business.
Bryan Botterman joined QIP as Director of Development in 2022. Bryan’s focus is on the delivery large ground up projects / assets as well as construction associated with existing assets. Prior to joining QIP Bryan’s experience includes 20 years in various rolls in the real estate industry. Bryan’s projects have totaled over $1Billion and include a diverse range from hospitality, class A office, biomedical research lab, athletics, industrial, and data centers. Prior to QIP Bryan has worked for Woodbine Development serving as a development manager for hotels and resorts, he also worked at CBRE serving as a Director of Project Management serving new construction. Before those rolls Bryan worked with Austin Commercial serving as Project Manager on large scale ground up developments.
Nesta joined QIP fulltime in 2022 after working for the firm as an intern during his senior year at The University of Texas – Dallas, where he received a Bachelors in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Investments.
Luke Logan joined QIP as an intern analyst in 2020. He is a student at Southern Methodist University pursuing a degree in Economics with Finance Applications.
Luke is an active Real Estate Salesperson in Texas, a graduate of the CRE Analyst Program and is an active member of the Folsom Institute Real Estate Club.
Additionally, he currently serves as President of his fraternity and is involved with day-to-day operations for QIP.
